This group synchronously controls the 4 separate groups of the machine. The dough prepared in mixer section is delivered into cut-and-weigh section. Processed in this section, dough is delivered first to the rolling section and then to fermentation section. All these processes are controlled using a single control panel with functions available for number of dough lumps, water temperature, and conveyor speed. |
